Charming historical building, Free parking convenience, Accessible local guides
Some rooms, like the Snickleways, felt cramped for the price!!! Shower pressure in the Ebor Suite left much to be desired!!! Better bathroom shelf space needed for toiletries!!! Thin walls could lead to disruptions during your stay!!!

The location sits conveniently near the river, perfect for easy strolls to attractions. The rooms feature a cozy binder with local information and a nice touch of homemade banana bread upon arrival.
Breakfast left a bit to be desired. food arrived lukewarm and the eggs were dry. You have to pre-order the night before, hinting at bulk cooking. the separation of the kitchen was odd—sounds and smells seeped through the door, and the double duvet was short, making it a bit tight for two. A TV in the room would’ve been a nice addition too.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the local museum and enjoyed the beautiful gardens nearby. The breakfast was a highlight—homemade bread and great coffee every morning! Our room was clean and comfortable, helping us relax after a busy day. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
The shower was tricky to manage, switching between hot and cold. Could've used some instructions.

Ideal spot for the discerning traveler
You know the homemade banana bread waiting for you in the room was killer. The breakfast had the best warm, fresh baked bread I’ve ever had. It’s like they put a little bit of heaven on the plate with their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Oh and the staff? They’re a joy, makes you feel like you’re visiting family who really care.
Not exactly cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

An exceptional experience with immaculate accommodations and outstanding service. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the room featured thoughtful amenities such as bottled water and quality tea options. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of homemade items, including the best marmalade I've ever tasted. Despite its many strengths, some minor parking logistics could be improved for quicker access.
